The HCA took over responsibility for the regulation of social housing providers in England from the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) on 1 April 2012.
The TSA's website has now closed, but copies of the site's content from 2008-2012 can be found within The National Archive. All current information relating to the regulation of social housing in England can be found on this HCA website, but note that in the absence of a Regulatory Judgement for any individual provider, the TSA RJ in the National Archive remains current, except where noted below.
In the absence of a HCA Regulatory Judgement for any individual provider on the HCA website, the TSA judgement in the National Archives remains as the regulator’s current assessment of compliance, unless noted here.
