We have saved and published the information in a CSV file format so that it can be easily read in a variety of formats and applications. However, the CSV format uses a standard column width and it is possible that not all information may be completely visible. To view all of the data, you will therefore need to expand the column width. You can do this by selecting all of the cells in the file and then clicking on Format/Column/Auto Fit Selection.
