	Jim Bennett Position: Head of Policy and Strategy Specialist areas: Housing policy; urban policy; worklessness Previous experience: Head of Policy for the Housing Corporation. Previous roles include senior research fellow leading on housing and welfare research for the Institute for Public Policy Research, Head of Policy at Shelter.
	Steve Carr Position: Head of New Business and Economics Specialist areas: HCA new business models and strategy including private rental sector initiative and new land partnerships; economic and spatial analysis; growth areas/EcoTowns and low carbon infrastructure funding. Previous experience: Economist at English Partnerships for 14 years. Private finance and structuring delivery vehicles including Priority Sites, English Cities Fund and London Wide Initiative. Previously responsible for area regeneration at Manchester City Council. Started career in labour market research as a Director of the Low Pay Unit.
	Robin Caven Position: Head of Private Finance Specialist Areas: Private Sector finance for HCA related projects and entities. PPP and social housing PFI. Previous Experience: Chief Commercial Officer, Lend Lease Europe. Prior to joining Lend Lease in 1998 had worked in banking as a Director in the Natwest Markets Real Estate Group.
	Michael Clegg Position: Head of Markets and Renewal Specialist area: Low Cost Home Ownership; Intermediate Markets; Decent Homes; ALMOs; Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) gap funding; Housing Market Renewal. Previous experience: National Affordable Housing Programme policy and bidding architecture, and Low Cost Home Ownership policy, for the Housing Corporation. Previous experience of capital and revenue funding programme design, policy development and evaluation across the public and voluntary sectors. Previous experience of leading development of research and evaluation strategies founded on appropriate social research methods.
	Duncan Innes Position: Head of Land Specialist areas: Development and regeneration; Surplus Public Sector Land Programme; National Coalfields Programme; Land Stabilisation Programme; English Cities Fund; Priority Sites Ltd; Network Space Ltd; the Land Restoration Trust. Previous experience: Director of Strategic Land for English Partnerships. Regional Director for English Partnerships’ Southern and London and Thames Gateway Regions. Eight years at senior level with leading developer, Countryside Properties. Prior to that worked for the London Docklands Development Corporation and the London Borough of Bromley.
	Simon Leask Position: Head of ATLAS Specialist areas: The ATLAS service and its programme; spatial planning and development management; delivering quality places through the planning system; Planning Performance Agreements. Previous experience: Extensive local authority experience including Head of Development and Design at Telford & Wrekin and Head of Area at Birmingham. Specialisation in the design and delivery of large-scale sustainable communities.
	Neil Mortimer Position: Project Director, Surplus Public Sector Land Specialist area: Public sector land and partners; Surplus Public Sector Land Programme; Hospital Sites Programme. Previous experience: English Partnerships' Director of National Programmes including National Coalfields Programme, Urban Regeneration Companies and the Land Stabilisation Programme. Director of Network Space Limited. Regeneration and Development Consultant with GVA Grimley. Other private sector roles including development management for property holdings companies and programme delivery of Housing Market Renewal Initiative in the North West.
	Fiona Piercy Position: Head of National Consultancy Specialist areas: HCA framework panels; Regeneration; development and construction; housing market renewal; education; capital programmes; land value capture; property consultancy; architecture; design and sustainability. Previous experience: Extensive private sector development experience in commercial, residential and educational sectors. Previously property services group manager responsible for delivery of capital programmes at Nottinghamshire County Council, and regeneration specialist at English Partnerships' West Midlands region.
