South and South West

Two major housing growth projects in our area have benefitted from significant Government investment which will be used to unlock thousands of new homes.

The investments include a £20m package to support the second phase of development at Cranbrook in East Devon and £24.7m to unlock the Eastern Relief Road south of the M4, near Wokingham.

This funding is part of the £474m Local Infrastructure Fund, which aims to a number of large developments and unlock development across England's Enterprise Zones.

Community led housing takes off in Gloucestershire

We're working with the company led by Kevin McCloud and GreenSquare to build 78 new and affordable homes at Cashes Green, Stroud, Gloucestershire, where work has started on site. This is the first community-led housing project to be developed on a HCA-owned site. This video features a recent local event held on the site. Find out more about the project.
