Our experienced teams based across the country are experts in housing and regeneration, as well as planning, community engagement, sustainability and design.
Across the agency we work hard to come up with new and flexible ways to help people into better homes and more prosperous communities. In difficult market conditions this means maximising resources and working smarter with our partners to achieve shared ambitions for people and places.
The success of the agency depends on the skills and know-how of our partners, such as local authorities, housing associations and developers. We have two specialist teams that can support our partners to deliver their ambitions:
- Our Skills and Knowledge team supports our partners to adopt the Single Conversation business process and work with us to create lasting communities
- Our Advisory Team for Large Applications (ATLAS) provides direct support to our partners to help them deliver strategic projects through the planning system
