In line with the coalition Government's transparency commitments, the HCA is now publishing salary details of its senior posts in the format defined by the Cabinet Office.
The organogram shows job titles and grades for all senior staff, with names and salary bands for Directors and above. It also shows the total number of posts and grades of staff who report to each Director.
The spreadsheet shows names, grades, job titles and salary bands for Directors and above.
We also provide a summary of staff numbers and salary bands from 2009 onwards.

The HCA currently employees staff on three separate sets of terms and conditions. At the formation of the HCA in 2008 staff were TUPE transferred on existing terms and conditions from both English Partnerships and the Housing Corporation. All appointments, both external and internal, since then have been on HCA Terms and Conditions. The breakdown currently is 52% HCA, 33% ex-English Partnerships and 15% ex-Housing Corporation.
Reflecting the three sets of terms and conditions there are three separate job grading and associated pay scales. For the purposes of this exercise the grades and pay ranges have been equalised based on the HCA grades and scales as below

We have saved and published the information in a CSV file format so that it can be easily read in a variety of formats and applications. However, the CSV format uses a standard column width and it is possible that not all information may be completely visible. To view all of the data, you will therefore need to expand the column width. You can do this by selecting all of the cells in the file and then clicking on Format/Column/Auto Fit Selection.
