Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee is responsible for advising on overall pay and rewards and other broader staffing issues; and for determining the remuneration and bonuses for senior staff, including the Chief Executive.

This Committee is made up of the following four HCA Board members:

Robert Napier (Chairman)
Bob Lane
Ian Robertson
