Pre-qualification process

Organisations can apply to pre-qualify as investment partners for the National Affordable Housing Programme (NAHP) 2008-11 by completing the relevant questionnaire and liaising with their regional HCA office.

We will now accept new applications for pre-qualification from organisations, which are ready to start their development programme.

Unlike previous PQQ rounds, it is a rolling PQQ process (i.e. not a fixed window) so applications can now be submitted at any time. However, we strongly recommend that prospective partners talk about their potential development programme and indicative timescales with our regional offices before submitting their pre-qualification questionnaire. 

The NAHP 2008-11 Pre-Prospectus sets out the framework for the programme and invites organisations who are interested in becoming Investment Partners to apply for pre-qualification. 


Pre-Qualification Questionnaire

The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is available for download should you wish to pursue pre-qualification.  Please note there are 2 different versions of the pre-qualification questionnaire as follows:

Local Authority version – for Local Authorities, ALMOs and Local Authority led Special Purpose Vehicles

 

Standard version – for all other organisations

 

Please take care to complete the correct version for your organisation.

Applications should be submitted using the address label provided.  Completed questionnaires and supporting documentation will be acknowledged by receipt.

Turnaround time for applications is estimated at 8 weeks from receipt.
