The Committee must ensure governance arrangements are in place so that it can carry out its work lawfully and effectively. On 21 March 2012 the Committee agreed its Terms of Reference; a Code of Conduct; procedures for meetings and delegation of functions to staff within the HCA. It also agreed an appeals procedure for organisations who wish to appeal our decisions.
