Constitutional consents

The following procedural guidance notes have been published in order to assist applicants with changes to governing documents, restructuring, and dissolution for non-profit private Registered Providers.  These procedural notes are referred to in Guidance Note 1 in Annex B to the regulatory framework for social housing in England from April 2012.  Annex B updates previous guidance relating to the use of the regulator’s powers.
