The HCA is making available a spreadsheet to allow bid comparison on Build Now Pay Later terms with multiple bids and multiple bidders.

• This spreadsheet should be completed by individual bidders and can be used for analysis of that bidder’s submission.
• This spreadsheet can be used to analyse multiple bids
• Download a technical guidance note to the use of the spreadsheets
