The Oldham Rochdale housing market renewal pathfinder is located in the north-east of the Greater Manchester conurbation.
The Oldham and Rochdale area has few large properties and many neighbourhoods have an insufficient level of social rented housing. Low demand and high turnover are issues in many social rented estates and the whole area is affected by the outward migration of economically active households.
The Oldham Rochdale pathfinder aims to tackle the mismatch of supply and demand in the area’s housing stock.
