Matthew Bailes
Biography
Matthew Bailes joined the HCA in April 2012.
Before this, he was Director of Regulation at the Tenant Services Authority, and Head of the Affordable Housing Division at the Department for Communities and Local Government.
Matthew has had a diverse career in the Civil Service, including roles in corporate finance, regional government, regeneration, and at the Ministry of Defence.
