We place a strong emphasis on being a national agency that works locally. Our management structure has therefore been created to develop a strong regional leadership in each of the English regions, with a powerful Corporate Team and main Board to provide strategic direction.
We also take guidance from a number of advisory groups, to ensure that we listen to our stakeholders and keep our communities at the heart of everything we do.
