Kickstart housing delivery

The Kickstart Housing Delivery programme is targeted at stalled sites, to support construction of high quality mixed tenure housing developments. 

First bidding round

Funding allocations to individual schemes under the first round of Kickstart have been finalised. Further information about the first round of Kickstart is now available.

Second bidding round

Shortlisted projects for round 2 of Kickstart have been announced and bidders whose projects are on a reserve list have also been informed. Shortlist projects are now going through the due diligence process.
