The Telford and Wrekin area - affordable housing sites developer procurement

Engineering panel

Description: The HCA is seeking to establish a framework of national engineering consultants who will work with the HCA and other contracting authorities who may decide to take advantage of this framework. The framework will be for 4 years. The successful panel members will have representation, capacity and capability to act in each of the English regions ie the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Humberside, East Midlands, West Midlands, East of England, South East, South West and London.

Design of the built environment panel

Description: The HCA currently has available a wide range of consultant panels that provide services associated with housing and regeneration. Amongst these are the current, separate Panels for Masterplanning, for Urban Design, for Architecture and for Landscape Architecture. These were established in 2006 for a 4 year term and reach the end of their contracted terms in 2010. The proposed panel is to replace these existing ones.
