Colin Molton

Executive Director - South and South West

Colin Molton joined the Homes and Communities Agency as Director for the South West. He leads a team of around 50 professional staff responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Agency's substantial programme of investment in housing and regeneration within the South West. The South West area team also leads the Agency's work on rural housing issues.

A chartered surveyor by profession, Colin was previously Deputy Chief Executive for the South West Regional Development Agency, where he was responsible for the delivery of the Agency's substantial programme of urban and rural regeneration throughout the South West, as well as advising on regional planning and transportation issues.
