The SCR and TH team has a wide range of strategic projects including major sites such as Capitol Park, Goole where the HCA will deliver directly around £18m of infrastructure to realise the full economic potential of the land. The varied workload also includes new public land where the HCA is involved in de-risking sites which typically includes feasibility and survey work, reclamation, access, utilities and other infrastructure works. As a result, the team seeks an Area Manager with experience in technical feasibility, site investigation, direct delivery of civil engineering site works and effective contract management. Applicants are likely to have a strong background in infrastructure delivery and complex contract management and procurement of consultancy teams and contractors. Core competencies will include experience in green and brownfield sites, project management, cost management and delivery. |
