The HCA in Milton Keynes

In Milton Keynes we are working with Milton Keynes Council to transfer many of the functions of the former Milton Keynes Partnership to the local authority.

The work continues to support the sustainable growth of Milton Keynes whilst aligning with the government's localism agenda to give more power to local authorities and communities to influence decision making in their own areas.

The inward investment service, Invest Milton Keynes, is now managed by the Council and so is the Development Control service for the expansion areas.

This has created a streamlined planning and investment service, giving developers, investors and other interested parties one point of contact.

As a next phase of transition we are working with the council on the future of our local land assets and how to take forward the successful tariff operation.
