This Annual Report provides information about the HCA’s performance during the reporting period. It explains our role as an investment and enabling agency and describes the impact we are having on local communities around the country.
Much of the format of the Annual Report and Financial Statements is dictated by legislative requirements and accounting procedures. In addition to the Annual Report we have also published a sustainability report which reflects our commitment to achieve carbon reduction targets by 2015.
