UK's largest carbon neutral development wins awards

The Graylingwell Park Partnership is celebrating after scooping not one, but two prestigious awards at the What House? Awards; Gold for ‘Best Sustainable Development’ and Silver for ‘Best Brownfield Development’.
Graylingwell Park in Chichester is a joint development by Linden Homes, Affinity Sutton and the Homes and Communities Agency. It was also a great day for the partnership behind the scheme as Affinity Sutton won a Gold Award for ‘Housing Association of the Year’ and Linden Homes won a Bronze Award for ‘Housebuilder of the Year’.

In 2010 Galliford Try/Linden Homes, was crowned ‘Housebuilder of the Year 2010 while Graylingwell Park’s site manager was also presented with a ‘Seal of Excellence’ at the National House-Building Council’s Pride in the Job Awards.
Graylingwell Park has been created out of a progressive partnership between Linden Homes, Affinity Sutton, the Homes & Communities Agency, Chichester District Council and English Heritage to provide a sustainable and environmentally responsible development offering 750 new homes, 300 of which will be affordable homes, and exceptional community amenities.
